    • Brewing: Heat clean-tasting water to just short of boiling. Use a matcha bowl or cup and fill it with warm water and pour the water out. Add ½ to 1 teaspoon of matcha powder to bowl or cup. Add 6oz of steaming water (175°F). Blend by using a tea whisk for one to two minutes until the matcha forms a nice top foam. For iced matcha tea, blend ½ to 1 teaspoon with 8oz of cold clean-tasting water and pour into a glass of ice
